class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f55\u8b02\u6b63\u5ff5\uff1f\u300c\u6b63\u5ff5\u662f\u523b\u610f\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u7576\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u89ba\u5bdf\uff0c\u66ab\u6642\u6536\u8d77\u4f60\u7684\u5224\u65b7\u5fc3\uff0c\u5e36\u8457\u597d\u5947\u8207\u63a5\u7d0d\uff0c\u4e00\u523b\u63a5\u8457\u4e00\u523b\u3002\u300d\u300c\u6b63\u5ff5\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u5927\u5bb6\u719f\u6089\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u540d\u8a5e\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u6b63\u5ff5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\uff1f\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u6642\u6642\u63d0\u8d77\u6b63\u5ff5\uff1f\u7576\u6211\u5011\u8d70\u5728\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\uff0c\u7b49\u5f85\u8457\u4e00\u500b\u4e03\u5341\u79d2\u9418\u7684\u7d05\u71c8\u6642\uff0c\u8173\u6b65\u505c\u4e0b\u4f86\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u5fc3\u505c\u4e0b\u4f86\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u5b78\u6703\u505c\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u5c07\u5fc3\u5ff5\u56de\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u8f15\u8f15\u5730\u5438\u4e00\u53e3\u6c23\uff0c\u6162\u6162\u5730\u5410\u4e00\u53e3\u6c23\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u6b64\u6642\u5c31\u80fd\u807d\u5230\u4e00\u76f4\u88ab\u81ea\u5df1\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u9ce5\u53eb\u8072\uff0c\u62ac\u8d77\u982d\u4f86\u5c31\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u5929\u7a7a\u597d\u7f8e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eba\u7e3d\u662f\u5728\u5954\u5fd9\u4e2d\u5fd8\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4e5f\u5fd8\u4e86\u5468\u906d\u7684\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7528\u5fd9\u4f86\u63a9\u98fe\u3001\u9003\u907f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u300c\u5fd9\u300d\uff0c\u5fc3\u5931\u53bb\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u53ca\u611f\u53d7\u7684\u89ba\u7167\u8207\u89c0\u5bdf\uff1b\u56e0\u70ba\u5fd9\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u5468\u906d\u7684\u4eba\u4e8b\u7269\u53ca\u81ea\u8eab\u89ba\u5bdf\u3002\u8eab\u70ba\u6b63\u5ff5\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u7684\u8b1b\u5e2b\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u8457\u8a31\u8a31\u591a\u591a\u7684\u60b2\u50b7\u500b\u6848\uff0c\u7f85\u8000\u660e\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u60b2\u50b7\u966a\u4f34\u9700\u8981\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u8b93\u53d7\u52a9\u8005\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u9762\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u5c31\u662f\u8b93\u53d7\u52a9\u8005\u80fd\u5920\u56de\u5230\u7576\u4e0b\u2014\u2014\u300c\u4e0d\u8981\u5fd9\u300d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u5fd9\u624d\u80fd\u8207\u5167\u5728\u7684\u5fc3\u9748\u76f8\u9047\uff1b\u5141\u8a31\u60c5\u7dd2\u3001\u966a\u4f34\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u662f\u9762\u5c0d\u54c0\u50b7\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u958b\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5306\u5fd9\u7684\u4eba\u751f\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u5728\u8d95\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f\u8b1b\u5e2b\u751f\u52d5\u5730\u8b1b\u8ff0\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u9003\u958b\u6b7b\u795e\u8ffd\u9010\u300d\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u6545\u4e8b\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u53cd\u601d\uff1a\u8dd1\u5f97\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u597d\u597d\u6d3b\u8457\u55ce\uff1f\u6d3b\u8457\uff0c\u8981\u5b78\u6703\u300c\u505c\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S-Stop\u505c\u6b62\u624b\u908a\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u9589\u773c\u4f11\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T-take a breath\u6df1\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u6b64\u523b\u7684\u547c\u5438\u662f\u73fe\u5728\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O-observe\u89ba\u5bdf\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0f\u89ba\u5bdf\u611f\u53d7\uff0f\u89ba\u5bdf\u60f3\u6cd5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P-proceed &amp; pray\u7ba1\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ba1\u7684\uff0c\u7406\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u7684\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u4e0d\u4e86\u5c31\u795d\u798f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8b1b\u5ea7\u4e2d\uff0c\u8b1b\u5e2b\u70ba\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecb\u7d39\u300c\u5faa\u74b0\u5606\u606f\u547c\u5438\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u300c\u722c\u4e94\u6307\u5c71\u300d\u7684\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u77ed\u77ed\u5e7e\u5206\u9418\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u8207\u6703\u8005\u9032\u884c\u8eab\u9ad4\u6383\u63cf\uff0c\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u653e\u9b06\u8eab\u5fc3\uff0c\u5b78\u7fd2\u63d0\u8d77\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u7684\u6b63\u5ff5\u6148\u60b2\u559c\u6368\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u7684\u6b63\u5ff5\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u8d77\uff1f\u963b\u6b62\u54c0\u50b7\u3001\u58d3\u6291\u54c0\u50b7\u4e26\u7121\u6cd5\u7522\u751f\u54c0\u50b7\u7642\u7652\uff0c\u8b1b\u5e2b\u63d0\u9192\u5927\u5bb6\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u60b2\u50b7\u8005\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u63a5\u4f4f\u4ed6\u3001\u540c\u7406\u4ed6\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u4ed6\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u9762\u5c0d\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u53bb\u63a5\u7d0d\u5b83\uff1b\u63a5\u7d0d\u672c\u80fd\uff0c\u935b\u934a\u672c\u4e8b\u3002\u53d7\u52a9\u8005\u7684\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u8981\u5148\u5f9e\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u7684Stop\u958b\u59cb\u3002Stop\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6d3b\u5728\u7576\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b9a\u9328\u6b64\u523b\u662f\u52a9\u4eba\u7d2e\u6839\u7684\u958b\u59cb\uff1b\u505c\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5fc3\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u547c\u5438\uff1b\u61c2\u5f97\u4f11\u606f\uff0c\u624d\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5f80\u524d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
