Germer\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002\u751a\u81f3\u900f\u904e\u73fe\u5834\u5169\u5169\u4e00\u7d44\u5c0d\u8a71\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u65e2\u5b9a\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u65b9\u5f0f\u5be6\u969b\u9ad4\u9a57\u5230\uff0c\u4e26\u5e36\u9818\u5927\u5bb6\u5b78\u7fd2\u7528\u8a00\u8a9e\u5be6\u8e10\u6148\u60b2\u7126\u9ede\u7642\u6cd5\uff08Compassion Focused
